1. Bacteria are collected in the previous laboratory experiment.
    

2. Prepare 3 petri dishes
    

3. The shapes of the bridge, building and road are drawn on separate dish. The inverted area of these structures is covered by anti-bacterial soap
    

4. Put under the microscope and adjust the suitable magnification
    

5. Different magnification levels may be tried to show the wide shot or extreme close up of the bacteria and structure
    

6. Record the movement of the organisms with the microscope camera
    

7. The video recordings of the three petri dishes will become layers of three structures: building, bridge, road.
    

8. Eventually, three layers of structures will be made into an effect of a multiple exposure and resulted in one final video to express the complexity of the bacteria city.
