Experiment 2

 

• agar plates were made by agar-agar, potato and glucose powder

• starting date: 10 Dec 2014

• antibacterial soap:
  Bath & Body Works Caribbean Escape Anti-bacterial Hand Soap
  Dettol Hand Soap
   

• Bacteria colonies were formed on petri dishes
  - the dish of "road" had the dirty liquid, which polluted the whole plate with bacteri
  - the dish for testing pattern "#" had a desired bacterial growth
   

• uncertainty:
  - dirty liquid is secretion (?)
  - dirty liquid is the water from the agar plate (?)
